Tasty Tuesday: Tuscan White Bean Dip
Charcuterie boards are a perfect way to have a variety of foods displayed at any event. One of the most interesting things that you can add to a charcuterie board is a flavorful dip. This dip pairs perfectly with crackers, pretzels, pita chips or even veggies. If you are planning a Tuscan themed charcuterie board, this is the dip for you!
Ingredients:
- 1 (15 oz.) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Squeeze of lemon
- 2 tsp. Halladay's Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. feta or Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
How to Make
- Mash the cannellini beans.
- Combine beans with olive oil, squeezed lemon, the Roasted Garlic Seasoning.
- The cheese is optional, but I find that it really makes the dip extra flavorful!
- Allow it to sit in the fridge for a few hours to allow all the flavors to mix.
