Tasty Tuesday: Beer Bread Muffins
Muffins are the perfect mini version of bread! They are great for on the go, breakfasts or a complement to any meal. This week we are sharing our favorite way to take beer bread and make it into muffins, perfect for any meal. What I love about these muffins is that they are a great base, so you can top them with cheese or add a touch of garlic! These muffins require our Halladay's Beer Bread Mix.
Ingredients:

1 package Halladay's Vermont Beer Bread
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (12 oz.) can or bottle beer or club soda
How to Make:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix bread according to directions on the package.
- Scoop batter into a well greased mini muffin pan filling about halfway.
- Bake until cooked through. It usually takes around 20 minutes.
- This will make roughly 60 mini muffins.
